When you book, the details that matter are the venue or street address, the passenger count and the time the first person needs to be somewhere. Weddings often need two or three pickup points, so it helps to know in advance who rides in which vehicle. Airport transfers work best with the terminal and flight number on hand, and if you are coming from the Wekiva side of town it is worth saying so, because the drive out to I-4 is a different one from the route you would take from the historic blocks.
